Hello,
I'm a physical therapist, and like you, I've seen LOTS of videos to reduce the infamous sciatic pain.
Let's not lie, there's a bit of everything: good, bad, and downright dangerous.
Well, today I'm showing you the BEST technique for reducing sciatic pain, and yet I urge you NOT to do it without a healthcare professional.
It's a neurodynamic technique, meaning we directly mobilize the sciatic nerve. And it's extremely effective.
However, like any medical procedure, if you overuse it or do it WRONGLY, you'll end up with the OPPOSITE effect.
I hesitated for a long time before making this video, and I want to point out that this is in no way medical advice (for that, you should consult a doctor), just an informative video explaining that there are gentle techniques you can use yourself to effectively reduce pain.
So:
1) Consult a doctor
2) The MacKenzie method, neurodynamic techniques, and neuroscience-based therapies are three tools that I recommend to my colleagues.
