Meet LISA our “Live Interactive Scheduling Agent” that we created to help an overwhelmed BDC (Business Development Center) for a large customer in the Automotive Dealership market.
LISA was designed using Natural Language Processing (NLP) for real conversational speech specifically to schedule automotive service appointments and is also easily integrated to the DMS (Dealer Management System) to share and receive all pertinent information.
