Debug Portenta H7 M7 With Segger JLink
If you want to use your Segger JLink to debug the Portenta H7, on the M7 Core, this is the place to start.....
Using the Breakout Board for the Portenta H7, you gain access to the SWD Port allowing GDB Debugging to be performed through the Segger JLink in this example.
Additional connectors are needed (links below) to connect the Breakout Board to the JLink, and with a few simple steps you can debug your M7 Core Sketch using Visual Micro in Visual Studio.
We are currently working on the M4 Core integration, alongside the STLink integration, and upload features. We will release another video on this topic when these are available.
