Bacteria and flagella structure (#9)
Bacteria can possess additional elements but don't necessarily require it including the Capsule and Flagella.
Flagella structure is composed of a filament, hook and a basal structure with rings inside which function by rotating.
IMPORTANT: Eukaryotes include 9+2 arrangement microtubules.
