What to bring-pack to a dance conference
When packing for a dance conference, make sure you have your list of classes. It makes it easier to visualize what you should bring. There’s not a lot of times between classes so you must layer your dance clothes. Small tops and small shorts are not as hot to layer. Also bring an all black outfit for conference auditions, performance or it might be required. Check the conference requirements before you go. At a younger age, wearing brighter colors make you standout.
For the dance kit, we used a small craft box that can be found at a Michael’s or Joann’s. The box contains: Bandaids, NEOSPORIN, cotton balls, Q-TIPS, Bobby pins, small and medium safety pins, hair ties and a small pair of scissors. Not included in the box, we still bring a brush and hairspray to touch up you hair.
Most importantly, wear something you will be comfortable in because you will be dancing your heart away!
