Bark Avenue is a 1-5 player game which uses hand management, set collection, and pick up and deliver mechanics in competitive gameplay set in New York City. I tell you what I think about the game and who I think the game might be good for.
The game is a medium to light strategy game which is easy to learn, turns are quick, and the iconography is helpful. There are player aids and a helpful page at the back of the rulebook. I played the game both solo and competitively several times.
I also, briefly, go over some basics of gameplay so you can get a general idea of how the game works.
The game was designed by Mackenzi and Jonathan Jungck with art by Chris Martinetti and April Borchelt. My copy was provided by the publisher Good Games Publishing.*
