Composer Template, MIDI, Bussing, Tracks & Keyboard Shortcuts In Pro Tools
Feeling a little on the tired side, and slightly dry on the throat, I still thought it was a good idea to record a short video introducing you to Pro Tools 12 in terms of structuring a MIDI template and setting up a session to start composing music for film. I look at MIDI, Master, Aux and Instrument tracks, bussing (including naming your busses), quantising, MIDI CCs, preparing stems, useful keyboard shortcuts and basic structures for applying plugins.
