Pro Tools 2020.3.0 Video Problems | No Video (Just a Black Screen) FIXED
Being project free (or at least thinking I was), I decided to upgrade to Pro Tools 2020.3.0 to check out the new features; I now instantly regret this decision. In this video, I show you how to fix the issue of having just a black video screen with no picture displayed to work too.
To fix this issue, do the following and restart Pro Tools to get back in the game:
Go to /Library/Application Support/Avid/AVX2_Plug-ins and empty the contents of this folder if any.
Go to /Users/Shared/AvidVideoEngine and delete this folder.
I am currently not able to export my score to video and the session is crashing on me every time saying that source settings are not available. I'll update you all should I find a fix, but if anyone has found a fix to this, please let me know!
