How I quickly and easily remove the front and rear feet from my rabbit carcass without shears or extra tools.
Front feet: Pop the joints with my hands, then cut between the popped joint to remove cleanly. This can be done before you skin the rabbit or afterwards. I prefer before, obviously.
Rear feet: Cut around the bone near the back feet, slicing through the tendons to the bone. pop the joints and pull the foot off.
Easy peasy!
