Background:
This one shot started with me noticing that Sweeping Strikes adds to its duration when you try to refresh it. This means, by reseting your cooldowns in Proving Grounds, you are able to stack endless duration Sweeping Strikes!
This allows you to obtain 255 stacks of Collateral Damage, which means you will get a 6375% damage boost to your Cleave ability, making it crit for 230 MILLION while only wearing 621 ilvl.
This can be used for one shotting players, bosses (Underpin or Ashran) and other things. It is an easy to perform one shot since all you need is about 10 minute of preparation and then you are good to one shot anyone you want.
I had to get this fixed before uploading, since its too easily abused in m+ if the wrong people got their hands on it.
It did not work in Arena.
I think it would have worked in Raids, and if you had enough Warriors stacking this in your group you could "one shot" higher difficulty bosses.
