We caught up during her time in Sydney to talk about being an entrepreneur, the challenges she's faced in her relationship and the reason she's made it through to the other side.

Elena's husband Grant Cardone has built a billion dollar property portfoliio for his clients and Elena has only recently stepped into the spotlight.
She's determined to inspire women all over the world to build an empire and be the boss of their department, whether it be with the family side of things or in business.
