One of the more complex concepts to explore under this topic is the difference between centralisation and decentralisation in the labour market. This is what I will be explaining today, as well as the benefits and costs of each concept.

I will also be explaining different safety nets and employment contracts. This includes national employment standards, industry awards, enterprise/collective agreements and individual (common law) contracts.
