15 Years of Community Conservation
In 2006, a small group of neighbors started dreaming of a way to keep the forests of the Rensselaer Plateau wild. At the annual Gala on October 17, 2023, the Rensselaer Plateau Alliance celebrated 15 years of community-based conservation and nearly 15,000 acres conserved on the Rensselaer Plateau. This video tells the story of how it all started, and where we are going, together, in the future.
