GD33RV – AUTOMATIC MACHINE FOR SCREW ON COUPLING OF TWO PLASTIC COMPONENTS - (727)
The GD33RV series is part of a line of high speed, continuous assembly machines with rotary carousels with an output from 300 to over 600 ppm, for the assembly of up to 3 components for simple pressure assembly and up to 500 ppm for screw on assembly.

The GD33/RV (727) is a new generation automatic machine for the screw on assembly of two components, for Milk Cap closures composed of an HDPE Capsule and an LDPE spout, for use on edible liquids containers. The assembly machine includes two feeding lines for the capsule and the spout, each composed of an elevator with a 500 liters capacity and a centrifugal feeder to position the component, in addition to an air conveyor channel to transfer the components to the machine so they are correctly positioned. In particular, the transfer channel for the spouts is interrupted by a conveyor belt fitted with a video camera to check the size of the component before it reaches the assembly process. Each component is transferred to the machine, where it is collected by an infeed starwheel that transfers it to the main carousel for coupling. The main carousel has 16 screwing stations driven by step motors; station parameters can be easily set through the control panel. The assembled components are then transferred to an outfeed plate, equipped with a video camera for final quality control, where defective closures are discarded, while those that are correctly assembled are transferred by means of a diverter belt to fill boxes in a continuous cycle on the belt.

I segnali di ogni sensore sono contati e memorizzati in un data base della produzione al quale può accedervi l'operatore oppure un PC remoto. Attraverso il display con tastiera è possibile anche controllare e cambiare i parametri di controllo della macchina con più livelli di password per un’accurata gestione della produttività dell'impianto.
Il controllo finale del prodotto in uscita prevede una serie di opzioni, compreso un sistema di visione, comunque sempre con una gestione degli scarti e del prelievo statistico in automatico.
Il prodotto finito è gestito per il riempimento in automatico di più contenitori con opzioni che prevedono sia uscite multiple che la movimentazione delle scatole con giostre o nastri.

PLC-run Desirò machines are equipped with a simple-to-use man-machine interface that guides the operator during normal use and helps troubleshoot any problems. The signals of each sensor are counted and stored in a production database to which the operator or a remote PC can access. Through the keyboard display, you can also control and change machine control parameters with multiple levels of password for accurate system productivity management.
The final product output control includes a variety of options, including a visual system, still with automatic waste management and statistical sampling.
The finished product is handled for automatic filling of multiple containers with options that include both multiple outputs and the handling of boxes with rides or ribbons.
