SheHacks KE intervarsity Cybersecurity Bootcamp 2022
SheHacks_KE organized a two-day inter-varsity conference, purposely to bring together students from various universities. The event was organized by the SheHacks team in partnership with KCA university, AfricaHackOn, Safaricom and TrendMicro.
The SheHacks Campus program was established to expand our outreach to more students as we hope to bridge the skills gap in the information security industry in Kenya. The initiative is driven by the reality of a hunger for learning in students, with very little access to infosec resources and training.
Over the past 2 years, we have launched 38 student clubs across colleges in Kenya and we hope to keep expanding to more marginalized areas in the country.
