Welcome to BadDrinksTV's "Cocktails At Home". This is where I share tips and recipes on how to make simple and quick cocktails for your home entertaining.
The Pisco Punch Fizz
1.5oz Pisco
2 Cloves
1oz Pineapple Juice
.5oz Orange Juice
.5oz Lemon Juice
.5oz Rich Syrup
Top Sparkling Wine
Add cloves in a shaker and lightly muddles. Add remaining ingredients, except Sparkling Wine. Add ice, shake and double strain over ice. Top with sparkling.
Mexican 55
1.5oz Blanco Tequila
1oz Lemon Juice
.5oz Rich Syrup
2 Dash Angostura
Top Sparkling Wine
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice, except sparkling wine. Hard shake and strain over ice. Top with sparkling.
Soyer Au Champagne
1 Scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream
.5oz Brandy
.5oz Grand Marnier
.5oz Maraschino
Top Sparkling
Scoop Ice Cream in a coupe, combine brandy, grand marnier and maraschino in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain over ice cream and top with sparkling.
