Turn 30 Amp RV into 50 Amp RV?
Can you make a 30 amp RV into a 50 amp RV by using an adaptor and plugging into the 50 amp at the power pedestal?
30 amp RVs (30 amps x 120 volts = 3,600 watts)
50 amp RVs (50 amps x 120 volts x 2 lines = 12,000 watts)
You can only use 80% of the total Watts continuously.
30 amps (3,600 x 80% = 2,880 watts)
50 amps (12,000 x 80% = 9,600 watts)
