Following the high-intensity combat phase, Exercise ORION 26 opened a period dedicated to youth. From March 23 to April 3, nearly 200 young people immersed themselves in the heart of military medicine.

At the Army Medical Supply Depot in Marolles, some thirty pharmacy, medical, and dental students from the University of Lorraine participated in the workshop "One Kit, One Soldier, One Life." The objective: to design next-generation individual combat first aid kits (ICTs), vital equipment in the theater of war.

"Putting theoretical knowledge into practice, handling the combat first aid kit, understanding how to care for a wounded person in real-life conditions." At the Army Medical Supply Depot, the mission is clear: to produce, equip, and support.

Target for 2026: more than 10,000 operational kits.
