Exercise MORPHEE: Military medics ready to intervene on land and in the air
In Istres, the medical teams of the French Armed Forces Health Service were immersed in a demanding and unique training exercise: MORPHEE (Resuscitation Module for Patients Requiring Long-Distance Evacuation). On board, up to 14 seriously injured patients can be treated by military medical personnel. This technical and technological feat highlights the importance of precision, speed, coordination, and communication for saving lives, even in extreme conditions.
