There is fire on my forehead - Fire-fronted Serin: This Serin is called Fire-fronted Serin because the male has a has bright red to deep orange oval patch on forehead. The female Serin also has has a patch on the head but it is smaller and duller in colour. Fire-fronted Serin live at 2000–4700 m in the Himalayas and descend to foothills in winters. They feed on seeds, shoots, flowerhead, fruits, and insects
