Accelerate innovations (go-to-market). Each contains projects in three time horizons: Horizon 1 (now), Horizon 2 (next), and Horizon 3 (later). Managing resources devoted among those opportunities requires a layer of innovation portfolio management, which in turn sits under a layer of governance that sets direction, budgets, and gives final approval to carry ideas to market.
