Luna Lights Up Wonderland
Whether it's fireworks in the sky or neon lights in a cafe, there's something about a good light display that fascinates us. If this also describes you, you might want to take the one hour drive from Kuala Lumpur to Seremban. Luna Lights Wonderland, the biggest lights festival in Malaysia, is being held there from now until 24 September 2023.
The Luna Lights Wonderland, located in Taman Tasik Seremban, is Malaysia’s largest outdoor lights festival. With the help of over 850,000 LED lights and illuminating stunning displays set up throughout the park space, visitors can expect to be dazzled while touring the festival.
Surpassing the equally mesmerising Putrajaya Light Festival in scale, Luna Lights Wonderland earns its spot in the Malaysia Book of Records as the largest lights festival in the country.
One of the first light displays you’ll be greeted with here is a LED tunnel stretching out over 50 metres long. Needless to say, this festival has plenty of photo-worthy corners, and this tunnel is just one of them.
Tickets to the festival are priced affordably at RM15/adult and RM8/child. You can purchase tickets at the festival grounds, which opens daily to the public from 7pm till 12pm.
Not to be missed at this festival either is the gleaming Aurora River, boasting a breathtaking cascade of lights, and the 18-metre tall Tree of Life. If you’re coming with your kiddos, don’t forget to bring them to see the colossal mascot named Luna standing at a remarkable height of 11.5 metres.
Visiting festivals can be a lot of fun, especially when it comes to festivals with a spectacle of dazzling lights illuminating the night. So, if you’re up for the drive to Seremban, consider visiting this largest lights festival in our country.
