My name is JUST!JOSH (Josh Rowe) and I am a music composer, songwriter & pianist from the UK. I am currently studying a degree in Popular Music, during which time I am looking to keep building my position within the music industry.
About The Video: The Lonely Waltz is my first single released in 2023, written about the struggle of living with dementia and how sufferers in the latter stages of their lives often dance their final 'lonely waltz'. The first half of the track represents the memory gaps that come with dementia, something I saw my grandad struggle with when he played piano as he desperately tried to remember what to play. The second half shows the descent as loved ones have to say goodbye before the patient finally passes away.
