The process for making clump foliage is a continuation of that process. Simply shred your foam in the blender, add some paint (your choice of colour), pop it in a container slightly compressed and leave it to dry.
No need to add glue or anything, just let it dry and you'll end up with a lovely dense material you can pull apart for all your clump foliage needs.
