Coba Ruins, Barbacoa Tacos, and Melipona Mayan Bees || Long Term Travel MEXICO || AT HOME ON THE GO
We have a rental car and we are heading out on a Mexico road trip… it’s time to get out of Cancun! Today we are headed to the Coba Mayan Ruins for a morning of exploring and riding bicycles sheltered from the sun by the jungle canopy. But first, its a quick stop for some barbacoa tacos in Tulum.
We round out the day with a farm tour we found on Airbnb experiences! We’re headed to check out some Melipona bees at the Xkopek Mayan honey bee park. What a sweet day trip! We love having a rental car.

After this, we are headed to Chetumal for a one month Airbnb stay where we will be working our normal jobs during the week and exploring life in southern Mexico. We’ll head to Bacalar, Belize, and more. Oh… And we will be sharing about getting a rental car in Mexico and crossing the Mexico Belize border. Stay tuned!

We are going after the location independent travel lifestyle. It’s time to satisfy that travel itch! This is something of an early ‘retirement’, but not really, we are still working. We just want to be able to travel while we are doing it. We want mobility. We want to be able to see family and friends and serve others as we go. We’re going nomadic!
