As truck drivers in the trucking industry we have all experienced Capstone also known as Crapstone, they provide lumpers to unload our trucks. Unfortunately there is no way around them, but we don't always have to put up with their bull-crap. I had reached my limit one day and took a different approach and am very appreciative for the representative from Ingles who actually understood my plight.....on this day anyway.
