I really wish trucking companies would hire recruiters that actually new what trucking was about and not give them a script to read. I will admit there are some that are better than others but my experience has been not many. It's so irritating to try and talk to someone and get information about the company they represent and all you get is a bunch of generic information or fluff. Truck drivers are not stupid people, we know exactly what we do everyday. So it's insulting to have a "trucking recruiter" tell me a bunch of crap that will never pan out once my butt is in that seat for them. The old saying if it sounds to good to be true it usually is.
