New 2025 Ford Bronco Sport - More TECH! Off-road | INTERIOR | Sasquatch Pack
Hey Guys, The “Baby Bronco” just got a little more buck-wild. For 2025, Ford has revamped its subcompact Bronco Sport SUV with new tech, cosmetic tweaks and enhanced off-roading capabilities – including a rugged Sasquatch Edition package available on some models.
This collection of off-road-centric goodies gives the already-capable compact SUV a serious boost for rugged adventures – all while maintaining its city-friendly footprint.
2025 Bronco Sport Changes:
The 2025 Bronco Sport gets mild cosmetic surgery for the new model year. You’ll probably notice the bumpers first. They feature a more aggressive look and are outfitted with attachment points that let you easily install accessories. More subtle are the “Bronco Bolts” attachment points that make the compact SUV ready for accessories without significant modifications. Some models gain additional exterior tie-downs, providing extra security for roof-mounted accessories, as well as stout recovery hooks front and rear. Finally, Ford swapped out the SUV’s wheel designs with different looks for some models.
2025 Bronco Sport Engine: What's New for its Performance?
Carrying over for 2024 are the Bronco Sport’s powertrains. The base engine is a 1.5-liter, 181-horsepower three-cylinder turbo that provides adequate thrust for urban adventures but struggles once you leave the corral that is the city. You can upgrade to a 2.0-liter, 250-horsepower four-cylinder turbo that offers far more usable power, whether on the highway or tackling off-road obstacles. All Bronco Sports employ eight-speed automatic transmissions and four-wheel drive.
The new year’s available Sasquatch package dramatically increases the area where the Bronco Sport can roam. Available on 1.5-liter Bronco Sport Outer Banks and 2.0-liter Badlands models, the package includes a rugged twin-clutch rear-drive unit and a locking differential. Upgraded Goodyear Territory all-terrain tires, rugged Bilstein remote reservoir shocks and springs that raise the ride height by 0.4 inches are also included. Protecting things are underbody skid plates, a front brush guard, bumper-mounted steel bash plates and a surround-view camera system.
2025 Bronco Sport Interior: What’s New Inside?
The Bronco Sport is already known for its roomy cabin with excellent headroom and cool upholstery. It’s not a posh cabin, with its fair share of hard plastics common to the price class. What’s new for 2025 are its screens. The small center screen from the 2023 model is gone, replaced by a 13.2-inch touch-screen infotainment system running Ford’s SYNC 4 software. It’s easy to use, with clear graphics and animations, plus lag-free performance. Behind the center screen is a recess Ford calls the Bring Your Own Device tray with two USB-C ports. Also sent out to pasture is the 2023 Bronco Sport’s instrument cluster, with its analog gauges and small screen. A 12.3-inch customizable digital instrument display has replaced it.
All Bronco sports now get Ford CoPilot 360+, which adds stop-and-go adaptive cruise control, lane-centering assist, traffic-sign recognition and evasive-steering assist to the SUV’s list of standard safety tech. Newly available is reverse automatic emergency braking.
2025 Bronco Sport Big Bend, Outer Banks and Badlands models are expected to hit showrooms in November 2024. If you want a Bronco Sport Sasquatch Edition, you’ll have to wait until early 2025. Pricing for the new model year has not been announced.

The 2025 Ford Bronco Sport lineup is now available to order. The Sasquatch models won't be available until early next year, with the Outer Banks starting at around $41K and the Badlands closer to $45K.
