How to bring up the Speaker Fee discussion
I know - when you’re a new speaker, you might feel a bit intimidated with how to smoothly ask if this is a paid engagement if the organizer has not brought it up during your conversation for whatever reason. Most organizers WILL clearly let you know up front though if this is paid or not.
This is not just an easy way to find out for sure, but it also subtly lets the organizer know you were expecting compensation for the engagement. 💅🏾
