In this video, we take you from the basics to skiing snowplow turns, with clear explanations and exercises:
Starting safely: Stand firmly on your feet, ankles bent, knees forward, fold your hips slightly, tighten your abdominal muscles, and extend your arms forward.

The track turns on and rolls beneath you; you may still hold onto the tube.
Balance and movement: Bend and straighten your ankles to increase your stability.
Sliding and braking: Learn how to spread your heels apart to brake in a controlled manner and glide again.
Weight and direction: Discover how shifting your weight determines which direction you go.
Practicing snowplow turns: Ski back and forth by using the "master of the turn" and rotating your skis properly.
