Experience has shown that it is impossible to effectively utilize the full load capacity of a pyrolysis reactor, even with a press-push loading device. We offer machines that address a range of issues:
• Increase loading density by 20-60% (depending on reactor size and loading);
• Compact storage of raw materials on pallets (reducing storage space by 3-6 times);
• Removal of water, ice, and debris from tires;
• Significant acceleration of tire movement and loading into the reactor;
• Possibility of separate carbon recovery from tire sidewalls and treads;
• Tire cutting method maintains the integrity of the metal cord twist (it does not disintegrate);
• Low energy consumption – 3 kWh motor and compressed air for tire feeding;
• High operating speed – approximately 1 minute per truck tire;
• Operation is performed by one person;
• Long service life of knives and low cost of spare parts;
• Commissioning within an hour – air connection via quick-release coupling and 380V power to the shredder.
We don't have extensive experience with tire crumb recycling equipment, but I suspect our machines could be useful for low-power shredders where tires can be chewed up. Alternatively, we could consider a mobile version of the machines to increase vehicle loading density. The machines would also be useful for temporary work at a site where a certain amount of tires has accumulated and need to be removed in a minimum number of trips.
