Full-scale recycling of tires

It involves heating raw materials without oxygen to temperatures that break the molecular chains of the contents and initiate the separation of volatile compounds, or simply boiling. Any incineration process inevitably involves pyrolysis under the influence of high temperatures and an oxidizing agent. Unlike incineration, pyrolysis is 20 times more environmentally friendly, producing marketable products. This technology is recognized worldwide, and we invite you to explore our hardware implementation. The system is not limited to tire recycling but can process a wide range of high-energy hydrocarbon wastes, such as paints, petroleum products, polymers, synthetics, ABS plastic, polyurethane, acrylic, fiberglass, polypropylene, contaminated soils, oil storage sludge, and more.
