We are often approached about tire pyrolysis systems. When asked why tires were chosen, they often say there are so many of them lying around in landfills and generating waste. However, the average person typically sees what's happening around their home, unaware that various factories and other industries generate a wide variety of waste that can also be recycled, often with much greater profitability. Since waste is not classified based on its composition, and customers are interested in recycling pyrolysis waste, but no one can reliably determine its suitability for pyrolysis, we have manufactured a miniature drum system that almost exactly replicates the results of larger systems. Over the years, we have conducted over a hundred tests on a wide variety of raw materials. The experimental pyrolysis system also serves to test potentially hazardous raw materials to prevent accidents at a larger facility. We always warn customers about the dangers of experimenting with industrial systems and recommend transferring the risks to us. During this time, we've recycled polyurethane wallpaper, packaging, coatings, paints, lollipops, polymers, industrial waste, and more. We've compiled a small selection of these experiments into a video and are sharing it with the public. At the end of the video, you'll find a sketch of a pyrolyzer for your own experiments. You can weld it in the morning and get results close to the real thing by evening. During our experiments, we monitor the following parameters: the presence of hard-to-remove deposits on the retort walls, waxing of the coils, waxing of the pyrolysis liquid, rapid development of the pyrolysis reaction, sufficient heating temperature, and the presence of a chemical odor.
