Object Manager in MicroStrategy to create and import the project(mmp)
An update package is a file containing a set of object definitions and conflict
resolution rules. It enables you to copy objects from the source project and
import them into the destination project. This feature is useful in situations where
you may need to update the objects in several folders at once, or you may need to
update the objects during the time when the source project is offline. For
example, you may have several developers who are each responsible for a subset
of the objects in the development project. The developers can submit update
packages, with a list of the objects in the packages, to the project administrator.
The administrator can then import those packages into the test project.
