Fire Island AIDS Memorial Act
Fire Island has been a safe haven for the LGBTQ+ community for decades. But few communities suffered as greatly and tragically as Fire Island did during the AIDS crisis. I'm leading a bill to help establish a memorial for those who tragically lost their lives to AIDS — and I'll keep fighting until it's passed through Congress.
