Better than Pizza Hut; Homemade Pizza
This is the best Pizza we have eaten in a long time. And we were able to make it at home with a few ingredients.
2 Pizza Recipe:
Crust:
2 3/4 Cups All Purpose Flour
1/2 Tbsp. Salt
1 Cup warm Water
1 Tbsp. yeast
1/2 Tbsp. Honey
1 Tbsp. oil
Once dough rises, flatten out on pizza pans to rise a little while you prepare sauce & toppings.
Sauce:
1 small can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. Tomato basil seasoning ( or Italian seasoning)
Toppings:
5-10" of smoked sausage crumbled
1/2 onion chopped
or choose toppings you like
Add sauce & toppings on top of dough, bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes
Add as much mozerella (or cheese you like) as you like and return to oven to melt and crust to brown. Done, eat.
