Chocolate Caramel Latte Cupcakes, Get 3 bakings out of 1 box
I split a regular size box of cake mix into thirds. Now I can use that same box of cake mix to bake 3 different times. This time I made the Chocolate Caramel Latte Cupcakes. I used the Betty Crocker Super Moist Cake mix Devil's Food. Makes 6 standard size cup cakes.
Ingredients:
1 C. mix
1 Egg
2 Tbs. Oil
1/3 cup water
2 Tbs. Caramel Latte Frosting
1/2 tsp. instant dry coffee
1/3 c. white baking chips
bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees
Cool, trim edges for decoration and cut into small pieces
Frost with Caramel Latte Frosting and decorate with pieces of cake.
