Rose Abramoff, 27 July 2023: Science during the climate emergency
This talk will summarize recent work on climate and land use effects on the land carbon cycle as well as the current state of the climate. We will discuss major paradigms in the scientific process, focusing on colonialism, bias, emotion, uncertainty, and advocacy, as inevitably reflected through my own experience, ending with a practical discussion about theories of change.
