This is a video on how to Compress photos in Windows (Works in all Windows versions such as Windows 8,Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows XP).

The link to the website to download Caesium image compressor is: http://caesium.sourceforge.net/

I show a few ways in this video for how to compress an image. First, if you don't mind a little reduced quality (barely perceptible in some cases) you can just use Caesium to compress it. If you slide the bar to the higher quality side, the image will look better, but will have a bigger file size, while if you slide it to the left, it will be lower quality, but have a much smaller file size.

The next way is to crop the image. All those pixels you don't need will take up file size. I show you how to draw the rectangle in Microsoft Paint around what you do want, and then hit crop. This will cut out parts of the image you don't need, and will reduce file size.

Also in Microsoft Paint, you can hit the resize option, which just crunches the picture into fewer pixels, and usually drastically reduces file size, especially for photos from cameras where they have way more megapixels than you need for the application
