Welcome to a new series - as I take you to the Balkans for the first time, we begin in the Capital of Croatia - Zagreb. Here we uncover a gem of a staircase, but the lines, shapes and angles could go very wrong - unless we take our time. We need to focus too - this noisy location could be very off-putting.
