Visa Video Series - Residence Permit
Once you have decided to study in Germany, one of the first steps is to apply for a visa - if you are not an EU citizen - and once you have arrived in Germany, you have to apply for a Residence Permit. It might seem a bit daunting at first, but in our Visa Video Series, we try to give you a better understanding of how to apply for a visa, how to get your residence permit and how to renew it.

How the appointments for the Foreigners' Office at SuperC are given CAN CHANGE from time to time. Please keep yourself updated.
“As of 21.03.2022, appointments can only be made at the branch office of the Foreigners' Registration Office in the SuperC. Appointments can ONLY be booked via:

The booking system is reactivated every two weeks and provided that you have sent an e-mail request for an appointment in good time before the expiry of your residence title, your residence title will remain valid with all rights and obligations beyond the validity date on the basis of Section 81 (4) of the Residence Act."

Currently, no other appointments are given out on the spot at SuperC, therefore you have to use the online booking tool for the appointments.
