In Skype new version, 8 and more, you should in new shortcut instead of "/secondary" add the "--secondary", i.e for Skype new version instead of "/" should add "--".
If it will not help or you will want change data partition for Skype secondary account, you should do below:
1). Need manually add folder for account data files for secondary Skype, it should be NOT in the system partition, for example in D:, and will not should use for other account.
For example, for my "[email protected]" account I did add "\[email protected]" folder in "d:\DOC\Robert\Documents\Working\Work2\RM techtrend\Skype Data for rmtechtrend\"
2). example for my "[email protected]" account
On desktop or other place should create new shortcut where in "Type the location of the item" will type:
"%ProgramFiles(x86)%\Microsoft\Skype for Desktop\Skype.exe" --secondary --datapath="d:\DOC\Robert\Documents\Working\Work2\RM techtrend\Skype Data for rmtechtrend\[email protected]\"
Now when will click on new shortcut, will start neccessary Skype. If you want start this skype when start Windows, copy this shortcut to "%APPDATA%\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu"
