After you install the 64-bit version of security update KB4461529, Outlook 2010 may crash on startup.
Or can not working the "RULES & ALERTS".
Can see the “Could not complete the operation. One or more parameter values are not valid” error.
For resolve this problem you should download and install KB4461585 update.
