Understanding Higher Power In Alcoholics Anonymous
Let me explain my concept of higher power for my addiction recovery.
12 Step recovery programs require a spiritual connection to a power greater than yourself. This video explains my interpretation.
I asked myself if I can do AA (Alcoholics Anonymous) without god or without believing in god or without believing in a higher power.
Through working the 12 steps I came to believe in a higher power.
