Use conditional formatting to highlight specific values and records on a form in Access much like you would do in Excel. Using differences in some value in the records, one or more conditions can be highlighted by assigning a color to a condition. Records with the chosen condition are easily seen within the records based on the color. In this sample, unfilled Orders are highlighted in blue. An effective way to highlight records.

Thanks to owner, Mike Alexander, for making these videos available for presentation once again. Thanks also to Jack Drawbridge and John Clark for helping get these valuable lessons back online.
