Apricot sheet cake | Bake, bake, Ofner
Dear baking enthusiasts!
The apricot harvest is in full swing, so I visited the lovely Bianca at the Sonnleitner apricot farm in Krumegg, Styria.
Together we made a delicious apricot sheet cake. It's very easy to prepare; you only need a few ingredients. But most importantly: beautiful, ripe, local apricots from the farmer around the corner. And not imported goods...
