Sinead Hourigan - Managing Director, Queensland - Robert Walters
Sinead Hourigan is the Queensland Managing Director for Robert Walters and has been recruiting in the Brisbane market since 2001. Prior to entering the recruitment industry, Sinead worked within the ‘Big 4’ in Sydney, and previous to this, worked in executive positions within the Irish Government. Sinead is also a CEDA (Committee for Economic Development in Australia) Trustee in Queensland, QLD Council member of the Australian British Chamber of Commerce and is the former President of the RCSA (Recruitment Consulting Staffing Association), the peak body for the recruitment and staffing sector across ANZ.
Cory Heathwood - Head of Government, Industry and Public Affairs - Brisbane Airport Corporation
Cory Heathwood is the Head of Government, Industry & Public Affairs at Brisbane Airport Corporation. Cory is responsible for ensuring government and industry partners as well as the community remain informed, updated and aware of Brisbane Airport projects and operations. Cory is currently on the Board of the Major Brisbane Festivals and established and is a Founding Director of BNE Enterprise, an organisation that connects and promotes businesses on and around the airport precinct.
Sarah Ramsay - Associate Director - KPMG
Sarah Ramsay is an Associate Director in KPMG’s Corporate Affairs Advisory team, working with clients to manage complex public issues and stakeholders, and to maintain and build trustworthy organisations through a focus on the link between reputation and culture. She has worked as a political advisor at State and Federal government level and a government relations advisor in the private sector. Sarah has seen first-hand the importance of building public trust, and how grassroots advocacy can drive political decision making and business outcomes.
Dr Anne Lane - Senior Lecturer, Marketing and Communications - QUT
Dr Anne Lane is a senior lecturer and researcher, teaching undergraduate and postgraduate levels in the School of Advertising, Marketing and Public Relations, QUT Business School (teaching PR theory, community consultation and engagement). She has a Doctor of Philosophy for QUT, and has various papers published in national and international journals and has been a reviewer for other academic notables. Anne also has a host of other academic accolades, including being a recipient of scholarships and awards, especially for her qualitative research methods.

Elisha Sutherland has more than 15 years’ experience as a communications, engagement, strategy and transformation leader across a range of industries. She is the President of the International Association of Business Communicators - Queensland, and is an experienced facilitator and presenter who brings a passion for communication that is compelling, excites and inspires. Elisha firmly believes that communication professionals sit at the heart of every successful enterprise and are critical to business transformation.
