Quick Clips - Guild Starfire and Fender 68 Custom Vibro Champ Reverb
I was inspired by a friend do a really stripped down video this morning. So I thought I'd go straight into the Fender 68 Custom Vibro Champ Reverb, no pedals, no pick! ...and see what comes of it. Sometimes there’s beauty in the imperfection.
I’m also borrowing this guitar from a good friend who is a brilliant musician and also a chaplain in the military. He’s being deployed at the end of the month and lent this Guild Starfire to me for safe keeping while he’s away. It has a beautiful warmth and growl when you dig in, and for me is one of those instruments that you have to wrangle and wrestle a little bit. It was a fun challenge.
