The Grid Storage Launchpad: Advancing the next generation of energy storage innovation
The Grid Storage Launchpad (GSL), opening on August 13, 2024, will address crosscutting challenges in grid and transportation storage technologies to help meet the nation’s decarbonization goals. From fundamental materials and device prototyping to 100kW-scale testing and validation, the GSL brings together all stages of the battery development cycle into a uniquely integrated facility.
