Statistical analysis is the process of collecting, organizing, and interpreting data to extract meaningful insights. There are two main types of statistical analysis: descriptive and inferential.

Descriptive statistics can be used to create charts and tables that help to visualize and interpret the data.

In addition to descriptive and inferential statistics, there are two other important types of statistical analysis: correlation analysis and regression analysis.
Correlation analysis is used to measure the strength and direction of the relationship between two variables. Correlation coefficients, such as Pearson's r and Spearman's rho, can be used to quantify the strength of the relationship, and to determine whether the relationship is positive or negative.
Regression analysis is used to model the relationship between a dependent variable and one or more independent variables. Regression models can be used to predict the value of the dependent variable based on the values of the independent variables.
